Smash Beef Patties

Cooking Instructions: Beef Patties
1. Preheat a non-stick pan or grill on medium-high heat.
2. Lightly grease the surface with a brush of oil or butter.
3. Place frozen beef patties directly on the pan/grill.
4. Cook for 1.5-2 minutes per side (adjust thickness) until juicy and well-cooked. (DO NOT OVER COOK OR THE PATTY WILL BE VERY DRY AND CHEWY)
5. For extra flavor, add cheese in the last minute and cover with a lid.
